Who We Are

The recruitment partner that knows Nigeria from the inside

Workfront Global Consult was founded in 2026 with one focus: helping international companies and ambitious businesses build the right teams in Nigeria and across Africa — faster, with less friction, and with a partner who understands the terrain.

Our Story

Why we exist

International companies entering Nigeria face a predictable set of problems. Generic recruitment agencies that don't understand the Nigerian market. Shortlists packed with quantity rather than quality. Salary benchmarks that bear no resemblance to what candidates actually expect. And no one to call when something goes wrong after a placement.

We built Workfront Global Consult to be a different kind of firm — one that earns trust through honesty, accuracy, and results. We are not the largest agency in Nigeria. We are a focused, specialist team that works with a select number of clients at a time — which means when you engage us, you get our full attention, not a junior consultant with a database and a quota.

Our primary focus is recruitment, because that is where we add the most direct value. But we also know that a great hire alone is not enough — so we wrap our recruitment work with HR advisory, payroll, and outsourcing support for clients who need more than just a CV.

We are based in Lagos and Ilorin, and our reach is pan-African. Since our founding in 2026, we have partnered with clients in fintech, logistics, fashion, and retail — placing talent at every level from entry-level staff to senior leadership.

Why Choose Us

What makes Workfront different

01

We specialise in international market entry

Most recruitment agencies in Nigeria focus on large corporates already established in the market. We specifically help international companies setting up in Nigeria for the first time — providing the local knowledge, network, and operational support they don't yet have in-country.

02

Recruitment is our primary focus — not a side offering

Many HR firms treat recruitment as one of dozens of services. For us, it is the core of what we do. Every other service we offer — HR advisory, payroll, outsourcing — exists to support our recruitment clients with what they need beyond the placement itself.

03

We recruit across all levels without compromise

From entry-level customer service representatives to C-suite executives, we apply the same rigour at every level. Whether you need one senior hire or a team of fifty, our process does not change — thorough sourcing, proper screening, honest shortlists.

04

Pan-African reach from a Nigerian base

Headquartered in Lagos with presence in Ilorin, we have the Nigerian market knowledge clients need — but our networks extend across West Africa and the broader continent, giving us reach for clients who need talent sourced beyond Nigerian borders.

05

Honest, transparent engagement from day one

We tell you what we can deliver before we agree to deliver it. If a brief is unrealistic, we will say so. If a salary budget will not attract the candidate you want, we will tell you before you waste time in interviews. Honesty up front saves everyone time.

06

90-day post-placement support

Our responsibility does not end when a candidate accepts an offer. We stay engaged for the first 90 days of every placement — checking in with both client and candidate, and stepping in if anything needs to be resolved. Most agencies disappear at the offer stage. We don't.

Our Foundation

Mission, Vision & Approach

Our Mission

To help businesses — especially international companies entering Nigeria — build the right teams, faster. We do this through honest recruitment, rigorous candidate assessment, and HR support that takes the operational burden off our clients so they can focus on growth.

Our Vision

To become the most trusted name in specialist recruitment for international companies operating across Nigeria and Africa — known not for our size, but for the quality of our work, the accuracy of our placements, and the relationships we build over time.

Our Approach

We work with a focused number of clients at any one time, not a high volume. This allows us to give each engagement proper attention — building a genuine understanding of what each client needs, sourcing accordingly, and staying involved until the right outcome is achieved.

What Guides Us

Our Core Values

These are not words on a wall. They are how we make decisions every day.

Integrity

We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. If a brief is unrealistic or a candidate is not right, we say so — because a bad placement is bad for everyone.

Excellence

Every shortlist we produce, every advisory we deliver, every payroll we run is held to the same standard — regardless of the size of the client or the scale of the engagement.

People-First

Behind every role is a person whose career we are influencing. Behind every placement is a business whose future depends on that hire. We never lose sight of the human stakes involved.

Accountability

We own our outcomes. When things go right, we do not take the credit alone. When things do not go as planned, we do not disappear — we show up and find a solution.

Our Clients

Who we work with

International Companies Entering Nigeria

This is our primary client profile. Companies based outside Nigeria — in Europe, North America, Asia, or elsewhere on the continent — that are expanding into Nigeria and need a local partner who can handle recruitment, compliance, and people operations from day one.

  • No existing Nigeria HR function — we build it with you
  • Market salary benchmarking included
  • Compliance and labour law guidance provided
  • Ongoing HR support available beyond recruitment

Nigerian Businesses Scaling Up

Growing Nigerian businesses that have moved beyond their founding team and need to hire more systematically — building HR processes, filling key roles at pace, and ensuring their people operations can support growth without creating liability.

  • Volume recruitment across multiple roles
  • HR policy and process setup
  • Payroll and outsourcing for growing headcount
  • Training programs for newly expanded teams

Companies Filling Critical Roles

Businesses — local or international — that have a specific critical vacancy they cannot fill through their usual channels. A senior hire, a specialist role, or a position that has been open too long and is costing the business momentum.

  • Executive and specialist search
  • Confidential search available
  • Replacement guarantee on critical placements
  • Pan-African candidate sourcing for hard-to-fill roles

Companies Needing HR Infrastructure

Organisations that have grown their headcount but not their HR function — and are now exposed to compliance risk, employee relations issues, or operational inefficiency. We audit, advise, and build the HR infrastructure they should have had from the beginning.

  • HR audit and gap analysis
  • Policy and handbook development
  • Payroll takeover and clean-up
  • Ongoing HR advisory retainer
